Student Voice Matters

The Junior Leadership Team and Student Council

THE JUNIOR LEADERSHIP TEAM

In special education, the voices of pupils are invaluable and the Junior Leadership Team (JLT) plays a pivotal role in ensuring these voices are heard. As advocates for their peers, the JLT fosters inclusivity, empowers students, and promotes a supportive environment where every individual's needs are addressed. Through collaboration with educators and administrators, they champion initiatives that enhance learning experiences and cultivate a sense of belonging. The pupils' voice, amplified by the JLT, drives positive change, shaping policies and practices to better serve the diverse needs of students in special education.
